In my case, this is how the Scottish people draw the flat, mean as over night stay - possible, never intended to live permanently, but the estate agency brochure never explained the matter and I still hold copy, mean in law, "the flat was not as described in the brochure when sold to me by the estate agency", misleading the course of the law, failed in the home report to mention and so I need to live by the problem. As on the time during and after divorce, I was in a rush to purchase any property due to "family problems" from the ex/husband, against me, failed to notice the flat conditions as I did all by myself (mean when read the home report, brochure!). Today, do I need to apology for to use the mean supply that way, where the kitchen sink is part of the same toilet means, unable to use water even for cooking, but forced to purchase bottle water and paying at the same time water in my poll tax, or the people that sold the flat to me, including compensation? - I notice the toilet matter during the 27, 28 of July 2018, mean almost 3 years after, I made a letter of complaint to the person in charge to regulate the same building, but ignored, until my toilet flooded, then on the 5th of August 2018, the neighbor closed the water supply key and in order to repair her own flat (see photo of the note)!!! - http://rcp13.blogspot.com/2018/08/veracruz-mexico-flooded.html
Where in the UK there is a measure of water supply, with the fear during the hot weather times, but Spanish nationals need to go without by the influx of tourism (British, etc), mean forced to live with extreme heat and lack of the basic means supply which is water, except British and the rest? -
