How will you measure success in your own personal life, when you come from another background - culture and even plastered such hatred in every single door (5 boys, the river, etc), that "labels (select) peoples", with any Hitler excuses, as irish, mexican, jews, arabs, green, red, blue, tall, little, fat, tin, teen, old, young, indian, indigenous, mental, locos, gays, thieves, robbers, rights and even lefts. 

Well you name it, as the list is endless, but how to gain that amazing opportunity, with realistic measure as mention by Richard Branson, so please tell me how and when in my personal opinion that: "The colour of skin, sexual orientation, gender, age, religion, country of birth and even race (as Jews, Irish, Mexican, etc) is not a passport to gain life, work, opportunities, education, but a human right?" -  

Unfortunately, for our dismay and RACISM as whole, many peoples do not always comply with the "certain requirements" to gain success, let alone amazing opportunities, either the colour of skin is letting them down badly, stereotypes as select like machines, or society - community backlog and let's them and us down very badly and even, family backgrounds pin us in the wall, unable to move, so how we go from here? -
