En mi viejo San Juan
Cuantos sueños forje
En mis noches de infancia
Mi primer ilusión
Y mis cuitas de amor
Son recuerdos del alma
Una tarde me fui
Hacia extraña nación
Pues lo quiso el destino
Pero mi corazón
Se quedo frente al mar
En mi viejo San Juan
Adiós adiós
Borinquén querida
Tierra de mi amor
Adiós adiós
Mi diosa del mar
Mi reina del palmar
Me voy
Pero un día volveré
A buscar mi querer
A soñar otra vez
En mi viejo San Juan
Pero el tiempo pasó
Y el destino burlo
Mi terrible nostalgia
Y no pude volver
Al San Juan que yo ame
Pedacito de Patria
Mi cabello blanqueo
Y mi vida se va
Ya la muerte me llama
Y no quiero morir
Alejado de ti
Puerto Rico del alma
Adiós adiós
Borinquén querida
Tierra de mi amor
Adiós adiós
Mi diosa del mar
Mi reina del palmar
Me voy
Pero un día volveré
A buscar mi querer
A soñar otra vez

"In the end we will not remember the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends"-El Maestro-The Teacher, Don Pedro Albizu Campos, 1891-1965.
Don Pedro Albizu Campos was born in Tenerias, a barrio in the City of Poncé, Puerto Rico, September 12, 1891. Other People would say, he was born in 1893, but nobody knows for sure, the exact year. Pedro Albizu Campos, the son of Alejandro Albizu, a Spanish Merchant and Juana Campos, a Woman of color. He become Orphan, at the tender age of seven years old. When Troops from America, invaded his Native Country(1898). Suffering deprivation in the hands of poverty, destruction and slave labor. Pedro Albizu Campos was the Maximum figure, in the struggle, for Puerto Rican Independence, from the United States of America. He represent "Freedom, Human Rights and Liberty" to any oppressed Nation. Pedro Albizu Campos, received his Elementary and Secondary Education, in Public School, Juana Diaz and Ponce. It was there, that he demonstrated his exceptional brilliance, Academic achievements and superior Intelligence. Pedro Albizu Campos was Awarded scholarship, to study Engineering at University of Vermont (1912) and continue Education in America. He met Professors, from Harvard University. Who were impressed with his brilliant Mind and offered, a place in the most prestigious University of America. At Harvard, Don Pedro Abizu Campos demonstrated, remarkable intelligence, extraordinary qualities of Leadership. Academic scholarships, Honors and Degrees in Humanities, Chemical Engineering, Military Services and Law. Pedro Albizu Campos, acquired vast Knowledge of History, Politics and command of seven Languages. Fluently in: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Latin and Greek. Accomplished his formal Education, in seven Years, graduated in the Academy of Military Sciences in Massachusetts. He became President of Harvard's Cosmopolitan Club and received Job offers of Legal Aide, to the U.S. Supreme Court. During the First World War (1914-18), Pedro Albizu Campos was recruited into the American Army. He served an African-American unit. Trained by French Military, organized NCO School and Home Guard in Puerto Rico. Discharged First Lieutenant, US Infantry. In 1922 Pedro Albizu Campos, married Dr. Laura Meneses, a Peruvian he met at Harvard. Two Years after, joins Nationalist Party of Puerto and elected Vice-President. In 1930, he become President of the Puerto Rican Nationalist Party. He caused International scandal, when Publishing (English and Spanish) a manuscript of Dr, Cornelius P. Rhoades. Admits killing eight Puerto Rican Patients and injecting several others with Cancer cells, part of Medical Investigation. The research conducted in San Juan's Presbyterian, for Rockefeller Institute.
He was called "El Maestro-The Teacher" by all, who loved him and valued his leadership. Pedro Albizu Campos the most prominent, Puerto Rican Political figure of the 20th Century, a National Hero. Who sacrificed his complete life, for freedom of his Country. Under his direction, the Nationalist Party of Puerto Rico, became the strongest force in fight for Independence. A powerful speaker, thousands People would listen, his passionate discourses of Freedom. He urged the Puerto Rican People, to reclaim Cultural History and National symbols, like Flag and National Anthem. Albizu became a target of Colonial forces (from 1930's-1960's), arrested and charged with conspiracy. For more than 25 Years, he was in and out of American Prisons. Pedro Albizu Campos, repeatedly charged, that he was a target of Human Radiation & Experiments. His skin swollen and cracking, covered himself with wet towels. Today, there is proof of Radiation Experiments. A deeply Religious Man of Catholic faith. Pedro Albizu Campos was neither a Communist, nor an anti-American."Apparently, good people of the Unites States of America are not to blamed, for the conduct of certain Government officials."..But by Ignoring Acts that goes in the Press everyday (since 1800) and open to the Public. Acts against Human Principles (Law), Human Rights and Civil Liberties, of course, America is to blamed. The United States of America killed 400 American Tribes, since Christopher Columbus, to occupy Land, Country and Glory. Expand American Colony with little consideration, to what own actions caused to another Human Race. America goes into War with Countries like, Puerto Rico, Mèxico, Middle East etc. Even in 1800's Century, they got no proper Machinery, Aircraft, Army or laws. Somehow put the balance in the wrong place, with abuse. It makes all of us, American Citizens or not, culpits in the Genocide. "German Nazi was doing the same to European Communities and Citizens, in the Second World War. The War was stop and Germany banned for owning Machinery, Army, etc, against the World. Why, can´t we do the same with America, before it become too late?". For generations American People had been living in the comfort, of another Country. They claim Rights and Land with new Laws, Treaties, Regulations. Documents made in the first place, to stop a War and protect Country and People. America use it to own advantage and claims Country, People and everything. Any Treaty, that comes from America. Citizens of that Country, end up, a Foreign Person, losing Nationality, Country and no means to support Family. America somehow change papers around, to own advantage and become the owner of the Land, extremely Rich and Successful Country. George Washington, the First President of the United States of America. The Father of Law, Worldwide. The American Patriotic, Teacher of Law with own Philosophy .."We, the People". Bill of Rights, Freedom and Civil Liberties. When he was defending American Citizens, Country, Cultural History or National symbols, he never suffered Racism, Abuses or in-out of Prision like, Pedro Albizu Campos. American Government, who is trying hard to cancel, the Murder of another Political Lider and Patriotic, like Don Pedro Albizu Campos, with so little Investigation in the matter, Autopsy or Post-mortem, is committing a Crime. Pedro Albizu Campos only Crime was to protect Country Freedom, the same as George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, etc. Pedro Albizu Campos received American Education, Training and Oportunities, mending this Person. To become one of the most Influential and powerfull Man of his time, but killed by the same Institution. Using torture methods and those Crimes alone. According to American Law is the death Penalty, but for who´s. America as a whole Country or People who Govern those Soils. Don Pedro Albizu Campos was killed, because he argued in the Court, that American occupation of Puerto Rico was illegal. Where was Pedro Albizu Campos Criminality, when we all come from Free Speech Countries, including Puerto Rico. Governed by Laws, Bill of Rights and Civil Liberties, that can not be hide under the carpet.
La gloria no se escribe con palabras, se escribe con "la Vida"-

"El Patriotismo require "La Ofrenda" y en esto no hay parcialidad. O todo o nada. - Patriotism requires The Offering and in this, there is no partiality.
Legal argument, based on question of America, being awarded Rights over Puerto Rico by the Paris Peace Treaty of 1898. The Island was handed over by Spain, along with Cuba and Philippines. Such Treaty get nullified, because:
1- In 1897, Spain grants Autonomy to Puerto Rico, with enough time of Treaty of Paris 1898. On that time and exact moment, Puerto Rico had own Coins, Postage Stamps, Mail, Custom Service and was totally Independent Nation, under the National Law.
2- Spain had no Legal Rights to give away a Sovereign Nation, this case was Puerto Rico (Cuba and Philippines too). The Puerto Rican Citizens on that time, were no granted free Vote or Referendum (even in the 1800's Century), let's alone, consulted in any way possible. "The Acquisition of Puerto Rico (Cuba and Philippines), by the Americans with such Treaty, Violate National and International Law".
3- When Treaty of Paris 1898 was signed, by United States of America and her Majesty the Queen Regent of Spain (Maria Christina of Austria) in the name of her son Don alfonso x111 (With thanks). http://tinyurl.com/coclt3y The king was born, 17/5/ 1886 and Treaty signed, 10/12/1898.
4- Under any National or International Law, Don Alfonso x111, was a minor of 12 years Old (1886-1898=12 years old). To sign a Treaty, Document or Law need to be wait, for the King to reach adult Age. His Mother, her Majesty the Queen Regent of Spain was from Austria, not Spanish background, tradition, language or Law. "Maria Cristina of Austria was Queen Regent and by name only". (let's study the mean of Regent and by name..)
Her Majesty the Queen Regent of Spain in the name of her son Don alfonso x111. By any International Law (or Spanish), Queen or King not matter Age, have Power to hand over, Bill of Rights or give away Sovereign Nation (never Queen/King Regent). A Consort or Regent reigning is a Person, selected to act as Head of State, because rule is a minor, etc. The term Regent refers to positions lower, than the ruler of a Country. - No Legal Power granted, to Queen or king Regent of any Country, in the 1800's time or XXI Century. - The term Consort (wife or husband) is a person, who shares titles, etc. Consort do not share Political, Military or Rank. Her Majesty, the Queen Regent of Spain, in the name of her august son Don Alfonso XIII. It means: The Queen Regent was representing her son, by name only (not in question of Law), she had no Power. Such document, Treaty of Paris 1898, got no value in any Law. it is just a BLANK/WHITE paper. "Legally Puerto Rico is today, under the influence of Spain, not the United States of America". Maria Cristina of Austria was advised by Práxedes Mateo Sagasta, who was Prime Minister of Spain. During Spanish-American War, 1898. Spain lost Cuba, Philippines and Puerto Rico, because Práxedes Mateo Sagasta, agree such Treaty of Paris, 1898. He was not thinking Childs age or position of his Mother. Yes, even in the 1800's Century or Year 2012 is a requirement, by Law. Document, Treaty or Paper gets declare it null and void. In question of Law (any Law), Treaty of Paris 1898, got no Legal status. America is living illegal, in foreign Country. Sagasta's Political opponents saw his actions a betrayal of Spain, but he was ignorant in Law. Who was blamed for Country's defeat and loss of Island Territories.
A- Spanish Government had been trying for years, using methods of traition to own Country, People and Spanish Constitution, with intention to get rid of Don alfonso x111. when la Republica won, basicaly left doors open to Franco, due to little experience of Political matters.
B- Spain lost King, Power, Protection and Lives of hundred of Victims of War. Don alfonso x111, went into exile, Apr. 14, 1931, until today, 14-5-2012, Spain got no King or Queen to represent own Nation.
C- Franco passed away (1975) and Crown to Juan Carlos 1. Crown belongs to, Luis Alfonso de Borbón y Martínez-Bordíu, "King of Asturias by Dynasty, Lineage and Succession to the Spanish Crown also King of France".. http://tinyurl.com/bm2jt3x Note by, Rosario Castellanos de Parker, 14-5-2012.
