Why cats (shop assistants) follow you to the bathroom? -

My note is not about Cats behaviour, but human that assimilate those actions, pretty much the same as the shop assistants, that follows customers to the public toilet and/or check the public toilet after customers use the facilities and even better, the store manager placed an alarm before you enter the ladies room?!-

Access to adequate, safe and hygienic toilet facilities is a Human right, NO matter disability, religion, sexual orientation / sexual preference, age, colour and gender is your Birth right, International law, UN Convention and Human rights, mean if born a girl the right to use women toilet and a boy to use men toilets and whichever you choose, comes with consequences! -

Some areas in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland) offers NO public toilet ruled by the local council, authority and government ( http://www.btaloos.co.uk/ ) that place us, into a human hunting, degradation, sickness and forced practice, when our taxes pay the luxury! -

Can shop (council) staff follow you (or send somebody) to the public toilet, after you finish your business, check the premisses and what the UK law, legal obligation, accessible facilities, Section 20 of (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 Toilets, legalise loos campaign, hospitality venues, new buildings, discretionary provision, health and safety and welfare regulations 1992 and even equality act 2010 speak about the inhumane practice? -

No, shop staff cannot legally follow a customer into a public toilet, even by their looks, as women also develop excessive hair growth is not your business, but PRIVATE life! -

Following a customer into a public toilet is a violation of privacy and potentially the Data Protection Act.

Right to Privacy:
Everyone has a right to privacy in personal facilities like toilets.

Unacceptable Monitoring:
Employers are not allowed to monitor workers in toilets, and this principle applies to customers as well.

Breach of Data Protection:
Monitoring in private areas like toilets could put the business in breach of the Data Protection Act.

If a shop employee follows you into a public toilet, you have the right to object and could report the incident.

It's impossible to believe today in modern times, more advanced than centuries ago, still women living with the abuse of power and profession, stigma, racism, intolerance, segregate culture that force many to change, so they can live a life wished for and all to please the rest, instead oneself! -    https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/zj43hbk
