It's not clear if presently we face a war with the pandemic fear, but the staff need to go to work for some reasons, jobs and business many exposed with no relevant clothing to cover and protect from head to toe, anyone that works DIRECT with the public need to protect each other, staff and the  customer:

Do we need to be firm with business ventures capable to understand a Prime Minister request, full aware of present pandemic situation, but REFUSE to close business and instead change from cafe / restaurant to take away, with no respect whatsoever for staff and the public and even exposed myself and my children's reputation with my blog, as now, because BULLIES breaks staff contract and confidentiality acts, that need to protect the anonymity of the staff and their own family.
