The LITTLE tenants monsters and own family from hell ..




There is loads of help for tenants advice, but little help for people who in good heart 💗 leave their own property to strangers, with the hope that "after finish the rental contract leave the property as how the law ask, request and command", with no excuses whatsoever! -

A warning to the next landlord, when a family of 5 (father, mother and 3 small children) over-crowned a flat and after used, abused, trashed, but refused to fix as previous state with endless excuses, unable to rent afterwards because of the present horrible state, neither guarantor as reference, forwarding address, deposit and a law to regulate the abuse against a property! -  https://www.housingandpropertychamber.scot/

And in this case, is not the seller, or buyer problem to fix the faults, breakable, damaged of the flat, because none of them ever lived in the property at any time, but the tenant need to complaint, follow  and explain in law, how he / she managed to destroy a property with a recently broken window, curtain window rail broken, toilet tap, flushing mechanism and shower problem after, previous landlord fixed with a plumber, carpets damaged without repair, walls painted as kinder school with no respect, cupboard tiles ripped off and some cover in dampness when used maybe for laundry, etc.  https://www.makeitcheaper.com/blog/what-to-do-if-a-tenant-has-damaged-your-property

If we take the case to the courts, then landlord need to prove, when in reality is the tenant that need to prove as habitat the property (from 2017 - 2019), never the buyer, seller, or landlord, but afraid maybe accused of racism and/or any other excuse to waive the claim, "reasons why I am exposing with photos", because I am also British citizen, alone, unaware of what to do with the (fucking!) mess, except to report as ASBO culture against a property in charge of care, respect with proper tenancy contract implant, failed to follow the law, report to previous landlord, but somehow reporting to me after one month purchased the property (?), mean using me to gain a new property, because neither home report mention breakable (broken window, etc), etc? -  https://www.rla.org.uk/landlord/guides/moneyclaim.shtml

I am making this note to explain "in public" and in case if I need to take any court action, gain the flat keys, sue for damages, neglect and evict the little monster that broke the tenancy agreement, refuse to fix property, because in reality the problem is - "ASBO culture, destructive behavior, unprovoked attack and racist attitude", when tenant knew I was purchasing the property, intent to expose me of what I am not, but premeditated (premeditated is planned in advanced and has a purpose behind it and is not an accident, but a crime that involves careful planning and the matter alone is against the law, mean the personal attack! -).  https://www.landlordlawblog.co.uk/2018/10/17/liable-cost-damage-done-property-tenants-guest/
