EXPOSE: "Abbey National - Endowment Mortgage!"

We LOST details from an old bank account number, mean Endowment Mortgage with Abbey National, now Santander, we only want details not fight, war, but our RIGHTS to know, or report to FCA ( https://www.fca.org.uk/ ) and whoever concern (the Russian roulette), even expose in public the assault to our life, reputation, honor, dignity and respect! - 

Earlier in the morning 25/2/2019, I went to the local Santander bank, spoke to staff, find details from an old bank account, that we still hold the house, as form of prove legally by the English law, refer to an endowment mortgage, with no luck! -

After arrived home, searched the Internet for an answer, then I wrote to twitter regarding the same matter, this went viral for everyone to read (https://twitter.com/santanderukhelp/with_replies), mean never private, with no positive results, finally I sent an email (unable to disclose details, private to:  twitter@santander.co.uk  ), see if worked, said:

Dear Twitter Santander.
I am unable to know why, you set a time of 3 days for me to communicate with yourself, when is a very important matter, relate to an old bank account that I lost the number and unable to claim as a result and is your full obligation to provide and sent to me the information relate, details and described properly by the law even by email, or letter for me to be accurate of the same bank account details.
As a previous Bank, Post Office, Royal Mail and Foreign exchange, Thomas Cook staff, I can report this short time and suspicions email (remember as mention before, Twitter Santander is OPEN for everyone to READ your private life, so what is ther to hide??), blackmail direct to the fca (https://www.fca.org.uk/register), when is a nationwide disgrace the endowments mortgages, I am not your joke! - 
No happy and I would be very happy, if you can sent to me all the details by the use of this email, for me to gain the account number that I need, including home address of which Santander (that is another fucking problem, that need to be address asap, mean there is not a santander office that can deal with this matter direct, but you go around in circles, may fun to the staff, until a good Samaritan can help you, when on my times you were out, lost your job for lost of time, merry go around and unhelpful manner!!), I should refer this case.
I am keeping hold of this email and as form of prove in law, that you communicate with me, when those claims are set by time, but a lot of hide, blackmail and suspicious emails from Santander staff, when is your obligation to abide by the English law, or this can be reported, even expose in public, because the endowments mortgages was never a joke, fun to anyone that lost so much!

What we mean by “If we don't hear from you within 3 days, we'll consider this matter closed.” is that as we had already asked for a contact telephone number to reach you on and didn’t receive a response that we would allow a further 3 days to hear from you and we would close the matter on our side until we heard from you again.
This is intended only so that you know we wouldn’t send any further emails after that date requesting the same information as we do not wish to send emails that could be considered as spam.
We’re more than happy to look in to this matter for you but we would require to speak with you via the phone in order to do so.
If you can provide us with a contact number you can be reached on we’ll be able to take this further for you.

Santander Banking, No deal with customers direct, never answer properly, polite, accurate, on time and exactly what we need, ask, request for and in my case, an address from Santander that deal direct with my case - "and find an old bank account number" - fast, prompt, respectful, but promote "banking abuse (  not only for customers, but staff that should know better, understand banking regulations!! -  https://tinyurl.com/y4olvru8  )", dictate what they want, how things need to be done, bossing around, insult your intelligence (Again, please accept my sincere apologies for any confusion or panic caused.), take your time and want to deal everything by phone, when they know full well, that already used the system with me on Monday (santander greenock!) 25/2/2019, visit the local Santander bank, staff offer only, a free phone call using own branch phone, after took my ID, full details and everything, "as if interested", then left me alone to call from there, then own phone operator gave me, another Santander Branch to contact, request by writing what I want and acts suspicious, no trust, play hide and seek, offer no support and goes around in circles unnecessarily?! -





I wonder, If anyone heard of the endowments mortgages from Abbey National, now Santander fiasco, understand fully well, that I am not alone in this crusade, mess, case and disturbing way to mock society, by a good reputable banking system, regulations implant as Abbey National, mean selling something, that after certain time (25 years) will create what we got today, a complete confusion and pain into the pockets of so many victims, now forced to sell own property, after crashed and fined for the abuse of banking system:

"Unfortunately this endowment mortgage was caused by the banking system, never the customers,  today we want answers, request details of an old bank account, but looks as, if we are the problem, intent to blame us and as in my case, no time to deal, hold us as random, pinned in the wall, culprit, without a cause, neither never worked for such places, used own computer system to make the mess, etc?" - 

And we only know this matter fully well today (2/3/2019), because the more I investigate, more I believe, understand the wave of banking abuse, all thanks to the extent of the damage due to the scandal not when started, the endowment mortgage scheme, mean giving free mortgages to everyone without checking properly, suitability, resources, means, but today, that many forced to speak OPEN of ordeal, by the use of T.V, Radio, News Anchor and the rest, "because we also lost, as a result", when used this type of mortgage with Abbey National, now Santander.

The reasons why, I went (25/2/2019) to the local Santander bank, find details from an old bank account number, show my ID, because apart from the (fiasco endowment) mortgage, humiliation to be exposed here today in public, no regulate by nobody (on that time!), we are also pressed by TIME (if we want to a claim for PPI, mid-sold and even interest over charge - just to start with the problem, anyone? -) and claim (within our full rights what is ours by law, explanation, compensation and apology!), but TIME and time to adjust, time to understand the complete process, time to make the endless claims and time, more time, time that many never got any time (RIP) !!! -

Whichever happened to "the good customer services" went to the bin, with this banking that goes around in circles, lost / stolen bank accounts numbers, but left us chasing  by TIME, hide and seek endless forms to fill, instead of them to do the matters, fix the problem when caused the mess, fiasco, abuse of banking system, but us, today forced to expose, with no help whatsoever by nobody and if ever, need to pay them for the professional fees, but deal with banking staff direct, that got not even a clue relate, but charging us for everything, unfair and as such, I am not happy!-
