As we are not asking perfection to the government and staff, but a simple service, a simple job, a simple matter even by law and investigate matters fully well first, then act seconds, not the other way around the problem and upon matters. The matter of service from government staff to service users (us, me, you, etc), acts very much the same as when you are standing - sitting in any meal shop requesting a simple meal and the staff asks for what you want, not the staff tells you what to eat, can you follow the difference?-So why the rest of vulnerable (sick, disabled, unemployed, old, ill, children, fragile, etc.) peoples in the United Kingdom need to accept the low morale of the government staff that comes with own attitude in the job.
